Our decaffeinated coffee follows the "Swiss Water" process. This is a decaffeination process whereby water and carbon filters are used to isolate the caffeine molecule. This process is the only decaffeination process that preserves a coffee's "organic" certification. While Tug Hill Artisan Roasters is not "organic" we do appreciate this safe decaffeination process and hope you enjoy the coffee. 

Our decaf is a coffee of Peruvian origin. It is a medium roast and has some nice notes of Spice, Molasses and Malt.
