This is Maria Jose Fernendez' farm in the Sierra de las Minas Mountain range in eastern Guatemala. The Kimono, a naturally occurring hybrid is home to Maria's farm. This hybrid is a cross between the Maragogype and the Catuai coffee varietals. We're excited to offer this coffee to US customers.
